Step 1: Access the Support or Help Center

Log in to your account and navigate to the Support or Help Center section from the main dashboard. Look for options like Submit a Request, Contact Support, or Raise a Ticket depending on your platform’s layout.



Step 2: Populate the Refund Request Form
Click on the Refund Request form or ticket submission option. Fill in the required fields including:


Your Account ID or Email


Cancellation Date


Reason for Refund


Any supporting documents (e.g., proof of cancellation, payment receipt)
